Terms and Conditions

Placing orders with One Stop Party Store

A government-issued photo ID such as a driver’s license, passport, military ID card or other legal ID is required for all rentals.                                                 

No gift cards can be used on rentals. All other forms of payment are accepted.

Cash is the KING. Cash allows for a fast transaction and deposit refund.

Checks are accepted a minimum of 10 days prior to an event date.

Credit card payments All credit cards and ID must belong to person(s) (18+) that is/are renting.  A 3% credit card surcharge fee will be applied to all transactions over the phone.

1-Delivery order deposit A minimum 30% deposit of the order total is required to confirm all reservations. Please be aware all payments are non-refundable.

2-Customer pick-up security deposit A refundable security deposit is required on all customer pick-up rentals. A minimum deposit of $50 is required for all reservations that are $300 or less. A deposit of 30% of the total rental fee is required on reservations that are $400.00 or more. Reservations that are $400.00 or more are referred to as large events and can not be canceled or greatly altered within 14 days prior to an event.

3- Linens should be residue-free and dried to prevent staining and mildew. Please do not place linens in plastic bags for long periods of time. Absolutely no candles can be placed or used directly on the linen. charges for wax residue or burns will be applied.

4-Set up and breakdown of tables, chairs, linen, etc is  available for a nominal fee, which must be arranged at time of reservation.   

 If you chose to rent items in lieu of the set up fee, then you are responsible for preparing items for pick up, i.e. tables and chairs must be folded and stacked as when delivered (fee applied if not ). In addition, linens must be kept in a dry place and residue-free. 

5-Adjustments: Final numbers must be confirmed a minimum of 14 days prior to the event in order for proper adjustments to be made to the final invoice.

6-Last minute bookings (i.e. less than 4 weeks before your function) we cannot guarantee exact materials for last minute bookings. A suitable alternative will be provided if we are unable to obtain the exact materials requested.

7-Excessive Clean up of rental items A charge will be added for items requiring excessive cleaning upon return.

8– Rentals All rental fees are based on a 24 hr. time period. Another 24 hr. Rental fee will be  charged if items are not returned per agreement.

9- Complete payments All charges must be paid to lessor on the front of this contract prior to delivery. 

10– Delivery service can range from 9 am to 6 pm. An extra fee is applied to all orders that must be  delivered outside of these hours. Fee amount can vary depending on time and amount of equipment rented. Normal delivery is “curbside” (Curbside is within 50 feet). An additional charge will be added to all orders requiring equipment transported: over 50 feet ($50) | up/down stairs ($75) | up/down elevators ($50).  All charges in this invoice are subject to final audit – Renter authorizes any credits of addition charges to be made and paid by the method used at the time of reservation.                                                                                                                                                                                               

11-Cancellations—Lessee needs to contact  ONE STOP PARTY STORE within 24 hrs after placing your reservation for any cancellations.  If canceled after 24 hrs. all charges , including any deposits, are not-refundable considering  the fact that some of  the items may be special orders. A  non-refundable reservation fee will be issued with the signing of this contract, due to the limited number of events that ONE STOP PARTY STORE can reserve the same day. Refunds will not be granted on rentals once they have left the warehouse whether used or not.

Cancellation of orders the day of or at the time of delivery are subject to 100% cancellation charges.

12-Balloon decor We do our best to leave all decorations as pristine as possible; however, we can not guarantee perfect results with balloon decor, especially outdoors.

13- Balloons pose no threat to health, wildlife or the environment O.S.P.S. cannot be held responsible for any accident or injury following the misuse of balloons.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     

14-Customer Responsibility The customer assumes responsibility of all equipment rented from the time of delivery (by O.S.P.S)/ customer pick-up to time of pick up (by O.S.P.S)/ customer return. Please be sure equipment is secured from theft and protected from weather.  Rented items should be returned in the same conditions as received. Renter will notify Lessor at the moment that any equipment is defective or in non-working order.  Failure to do so will result in the Renter’s loss of the right to receive a refund (either partially or in full) and may result in damage charges applied to Renter.  We charge for missing, broken, burned or damaged items. If Renter or a representative is not available at time of delivery or pickup,  Renter accepts Lessor’s count as correct.

15- LIABILITY The Company accept no liability whatsoever for injury or damage to person(s) or property howsoever sustained arising from any items leased.

16-Rental Agreement The Lessee shall be in charge of the equipment rented, and is fully responsible for it’s operations as well as returning the rental equipment in good working order. Units are under the responsibility of the lessee and must be supervised at all times. Cost of attorney’s fee that Lessor shall incur or suffer, which arise or result from or relate to the use of  unit by Lessee, any guest of Lessee, or to any other persons using the units or to a claim by any other  person injured by or on account of the unit while the unit is in possession of the lessee. Lessee understands and agrees to the provisions .___________initial.                                                                                                                                                                  

17-Tents Our priority is to secure each tent  the safest way possible. ONE STOP PARTY STORE is not responsible for any damage to water, gas or other pipe lines. It is the responsibility of the lessee to disclose of any water, gas, or other pipe lines prior to any securing of the tents. It is the responsibility of the lessee if any damage or accidents are caused to people or property by any of O.S.P.S personnel.  Renter agrees to pay 100% of such repairs/fines. 

  Cooking under the tent is prohibited by the fire marshal and can result  in tent damage.                                          

18-Bouncer Units Adult supervision is absolutely required at ALL times with bouncer units. All people MUST REMOVE SHOES before entering. To avoid  injuries, flips, summer-salts and rough housing ARE NOT ALLOWED!! No food, drinks, silly string, gum, sharp objects, eye glasses, or balloons allowed. Only compatible age groups and sizes shall play at the same time. Lessee agrees to keep the bouncer unit in his /her custody and not to sublease, sell or remove  from the delivery address.

24– Weather During rain, lightning, thunder, high winds, or other inclement weather, O.S.P.S, reserves the right to cancel any reservations and/or pick-up equipment delivered before agreed pick-up time.  If any of the above weather conditions are forecast(ed), please call  if you wish to reschedule  your reservation 72 hours prior to your event at no cost. Our cancellation policy goes into effect if you don’t call us  within the 72 hour grace period. There will be no refunds issued once rental equipment is/are delivered.

Safety Policy

We look out for the safety of our employees as  well as the safety of our customers. We reserve the right to do the following:

*   Cancel any reservation when our customer’s safety or our employee’s safety is in question.

*   Not set up our equipment when our customer’s safety or our employee’s safety is in question.
